Premium Balsamic Vinegar of Modena “Monovitigno” is produced from selected Lambrusco grapes and is exclusively aged in oak barrels.
It is characterized by a complex and balanced sour-and-sweet taste, in which the typical acidity of the Lambrusco's variety harmonizes with the fruity notes of plum and vanilla during the maturation in barrels.
