Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP Precious Blue is a high density vinegar: 1.33.

Precious Blue is characterized by a harmonious sweet and sour taste in which the fruity notes recall hints of plum, fig and autumn fruit, with flavor nuances ranging from wood to caramel, cinnamon and cooked fruit. The sugar component, given by the must, is important and gives a genuine and balanced taste as opposed to acidity.

COMBINATIONS

Precious Blue is a perfect accompaniment to traditional dishes: from boiled meat to roasts and fatty fish such as eel. An essential ingredient to characterize vegetable-based dishes such as caramelized onions or grilled vegetable dishes, it gives an inimitable flavor to any salad.

PACKAGING

The packaging is hand finished with a cloth cap cover on which is printed a poem by Luigi Bellei, the founder of Acetaia, about "his" balsamic vinegar.
