Precious Gift Pink represents the youngest quality of the Precious range, it is a Balsamic Vinegar of density 1.12.

It is a vinegar of character, of great envelopment. The color recalls the notes of mahogany, it is bright and clear. The bouquet is fresh and slightly pungent, with fruity notes. The taste is strong and enveloping, with a good balance between acid and sweet notes. The strong acidity and the richness of aromatic notes make it a perfect accompaniment to vegetable dishes.

COMBINATIONS

Ideal for flavoring salads and in the preparation of marinades for meat or fish.
